1. Developing the 2013 curriculum (RPP, Program, and learning assessment tools).
2. Improve teacher skills in implementing learning with a scientific approach and authentic assessment.
3. Produce learning devices in accordance with the characteristics of the 2013 curriculum.
4. Improve achievement in achieving graduate competency.
5. Improve the ability of subject teachers in applying the concept of scientific approach and authentic assessment.

Academic Support System
There are a lot of facilities that I observed in SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi which supports the teachers to execute their lessons and helped the students to develop their academic, skills, talents, and self-esteem. Library, Computer Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Basketball court, and Study area were some facilities that supported both teachers and students to achieve the learning goals.
Teaching System
Teachers in SMP Negeri 11 used various teaching strategies to impart their knowledge and good values to the students. They also connect all topics to our daily life to make sure all students can really understand the implication of the topic. They also used different method and approach in teaching to boost the interest of the students to listen to the discussion, enhance their skills and talents, and to become a good citizen
MATERIALS AND OTHER LEARNING RESOURCES
The availability of the materials and learning resources in SMP Negeri 11 was good. They have a lot of books in the Library, Teachers uses technology in the class to effectively execute the topic especially in science. The equipment in their science laboratory are also available all the time. They also used Realia which help the students to understand more about the topic.
Measurement and Evaluation System
SMP Negeri 11 gave both authentic and traditional assessment. Sometimes the assessment was a form of a game where the students enjoy having an assessment. They also provide hands-on activities, laboratory exercises, and oral presentation to assessed the students learning and abilities.
Curriculum
Curriculum 2013 is a form of integrated work between reconstruction of passing grade competence, suitability and adequacy, expansion, advancement of the materials, learning revolution and evaluation reform. In Science, I observed that the topic on Physics were connected to Biology and every topic they also connect it to our daily life.
